Towpath turf

Flood silt is not Brucemore lawn. The string changes.

The 2008 high water left a memory in the brick. Wet NewBo grabs a descending path and exaggerates a river bearing. Brucemore lawn in August is dust and will hide the same bearing until you take it to Ellis after rain.

Peck keeps a pan of brick dust and a pan of silt. Powder on both. If the azimuth flips, you pick the hour you actually walk. Buying one path for every month on the Cedar is how people collect unused hybrids.

Path Rail

A NewBo survey loft that stakes swing path as a string-line: in-to-out as an east bearing, out-to-in as a river bearing, never as a box arrow.
